Rosario was born in Mexico, where she graduated as a nurse. Her parents owned a meat market and from a young age, she enjoyed serving the community and learned all about customer service. At the age of 20, she opened her first business, a gift boutique. 

Twenty years ago, she and her now husband and business partner, Rosendo, visited the US with the intention of learning English. Rosendo graduated as an Engineer and in a few years they opened a home remodeling company in Maryland. One of their purposes was to provide jobs to emigrants. 

With their business booming and their  family growing with two kids,  they needed help. Both of them truly believe in family support and so they brought Mayra, Rosario’s sister, to take care of the kids. Mayra quickly learned English  and got involved in the family business and together they took over a bakery in Maryland. They expanded from 5 employees to 20 and from 6 wholesale accounts to 45 in the first 4 years.
